We are brothers and sisters in Christ. We strive to be available when a church member needs us. In time of death, we take food to the family to try to ease some of the burden. In time of sickness, we let the family know that we are here to help in whatever way is needed. We have teams of ladies that rotate as the need arises. It is just one more way that Burgess Road tries to show the love of Christ. Nursing Home Ministry We have a ministry to one of the local nursing homes. We go there to sing, teach, and visit the occupants. It is our goal to be a blessing to this part of the population of Pensacola. Old age is a promise from the Lord to those who honor their father and their mother. We want to remember to be there for them. Visitation We have a visitation ministry where we visit people who have attended the Burgess Road Baptist Church and family members of the church when asked. We also go out door -to- door in the areas around the church to share the gospel of Christ with them and invite them to the church. Burgess Road Baptist Church 250 W. Burgess Rd.
